Does the Oregonians have a notary service and is there a service charge?

Yes, we can notarize most documents for members at any of our branch locations. This service is free of charge. The document must have a section requiring the notary. If a witness is required, you must bring your own witness.

Documents we can't notarize:

  • Wills. The attorney who draws up your should have someone on staff who can have it notarized.
  • Deeds of any kind that are not for an Oregonians loan.
  • Loan documents for another financial institution.
We recommend calling or texting us at 503-239-5336 before you visit. This way you can confirm we are able to notarize your document, and that a notary will be on staff when you arrive.
