Do you offer a skip-a-pay program?

Yes! We offer a seasonal Holiday Skip-a-Pay program during the months of November, December and January. For more information, click here.

If you're experiencing financial hardship, you can also request to skip a loan payment. We allow members to skip up to one loan payment per calendar year, whether this is due to financial hardship or during our Holiday Skip-a-Pay program. Only certain types of loans can be skipped.
