Can I open an account if I live abroad?

The short is answer is no. You can join us if you live, work, or attend school in an eligible county. Immediate relatives of current members can join, too.

If you don't live abroad permanently and otherwise would qualify for membership, you can join while you're back in the states.

If you join and then move abroad, you don't need to close your account. You can still access your Oregonians accounts digitally, and we're still here to help you via call, text, email or chat.
