Do you offer biometric (fingerprint, facial) recognition logins?

You can sign into our mobile app by using a biometric fingerprint login. We do not offer facial recognition logins at this time.

Biometric fingerprint data is not collected by or stored by our app - it's stored locally on your device (Apple Secure Enclave, Samsung Secure Enclave, etc.). Your fingerprint data is converted into a numerical representation and stored securely in this encrypted area, and the verification happens locally on your device then is transmitted over to our network for login.
