How do I set up account alerts?

You can set up alerts to make sure you're notified when you need to be. We can alert you via text, email, and/or send you notifications in our app. If you pair your smart watch with your phone you have our app on, you'll see your alerts on your watch, too!

Here's how to sign up for alerts:

  1. Log in to digital banking online or in the app
  2. Navigate to the More tab online or the hamburger menu in the app
  3. Click Account Alerts
  4. Open the Account-specific alerts tab
  5. Add the desired alerts

If you're adding alerts to make sure you earn My Rewards, make sure to add at least one that you'll receive every month. For instance, an alert for deposits over $50 on your checking account - this way you'll get a notice when your direct deposit goes through. We also recommend an alert for deposits into your My Rewards Savings of at least $.01, this way, you'll get notified of your cash reward deposit amount.
