How do I speak with a loan officer?

To speak with a loan officer, you can visit any of our branches our give us a call at 503-239-5336 during business hours. All of our branch managers do loans, and some of our branches have a loan officer on staff.

If it's more convenient, you can also text us at 503-833-5170 - all of our staff who can do loans have access to this number to chat with you.

When you apply for a loan online, your application will be assigned to one of our branches. You'll receive a text or phone call from a loan officer shortly after.
