If I live abroad, am I eligible to join?

Yes - if you meet our membership eligibility despite living abroad. Oregonians membership is open to those who:

• Live or work in Benton, Clackamas, Columbia, Crook, Deschutes, Jefferson, Lane, Linn, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Washington, and Yamhill. If your permanent residence or workplace is on one of these counties, you can join.
• Immediate family members of current members: parents, spouse, children, stepchildren, grandparents, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, half-siblings, aunts, uncles and domestic partners. 

We require a wet signature for initial account opening. You'll need to print and mail a specific form to us with your signature on it.
