What fees will I pay when I close my mortgage?

When paying off a mortgage, fixed home equity loan, or HELOC, a reconveyance/recording fee will apply. This amount has a fixed fee set by the county for the first page, then each additional pages costs more. For example, in Washington county, the fee is $81 for the first page and $5 for each additional page.
