When will my property taxes be paid?

If you have a mortgage with an escrow account with us, your property taxes will be paid in early November. Each month, part of your mortgage payment goes into your escrow account to cover this tax bill when it comes due. If your tax bill is higher than your escrow balance, we'll notify you and you can either pay the difference or we'll increase your payment for the next year. If it's lower, you'll receive a refund.
