How do I deposit a check on your app?

Learn how to use mobile check deposit on our app, and how to avoid deposit failures and errors.

Here's how you can deposit a check in our app:
  1. Log in
  2. Open the Checks tab (it's in the bottom horizontal menu)
  3. Select an account for the deposit to go into
  4. Endorse your check with the following:
    1. Your signature
    2. The words "For mobile deposit only"
    3. The words "Oregonians CU"
    4. Your member number (i.e. #12345)
    5. Example:
      MobileCheckDepositRejection-450x249
  5. Again, make sure your check is endorsed as instructed above! If it's not, you will receive errors when you attempt to take photos and submit the deposit.
  6. Enter the check amount
  7. Take a picture of the front of your check
  8. Take a picture of the back of your check
  9. Click Deposit

Mobile Deposit requires the latest version of Apple iOS and Android software, or one version prior.

*Mobile Deposits have a 3 business day hold once posted to your account. Mobile Deposit daily limits start at 5 items or a total of $2,500, whichever comes first. Monthly limits start at 10 items or a total of $7,500, whichever comes first. Limits are increased based on deposit and account relationships. Contact us for assistance.
