How do I get my credit score?

You can get your credit score in digital banking. When you're signed in online or in our mobile app, navigate to the main menu. Click on "Credit Score". You'll need to accept the terms, and thereafter you'll see your score when you sign in. The score you'll see is the VantageScore 3.0 (we use the 4.0 version for our lending decisions, they're usually pretty similar).

But there's more!

  • See your full Transunion credit report
  • Use a simulator to determine what will happen to your credit score based on adding our removing new tradelines
  • View a summary of your score and recommendations for maintenance or improvement
  • Set goals to reach a desired credit score
  • Get alerts when your score changes, or new tradelines are added or removed from your report

How to get your Experian and Equifax credit reports

Thanks to a U.S. federal law, you're entitled to one free credit report per year from each of the three nationwide consumer credit reporting companies - Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. Although these reports are free, you'll have to pay to get your actual credit score.

The cost can vary: For example, Experian charges $7.95.

To order your free credit reports:

    • Call 877-322-8228
    • Write to:

    P.O. Box 105281

If you don't mind seeing your reports digitally, Experian and Equifax may have services you can up for that give you access to an online account with your score and report.
