How do I reset my mobile app?

Unlock your digital banking profile on the app 

1.  Open the app.
2.  Click Login assistance beneath the green SIGN IN button.
3.  Choose Unlock Account.
4.  Enter the information requested and proceed.
5.  Enter the OTP and click NEXT.
6.  Enter a new password and click NEXT.
