If a transfer expires or the recipient declines the transfer, when will the funds be credited back to my account?

When you initiate a P2P transfer in our Bill Pay platform, the funds are not debited from your account until the recipient accepts the transfer. If the recipient doesn't accept the transfer in time or they decline the transfer, the funds will have never left your account.
