2026 Annual Meeting

The Oregonians Credit Union Annual Membership Meeting:

All Oregonians members are invited. Meet our Board of Directors, new CEO, and other executive leaders and staff. We'll reflect on 2025 and discuss plans for the future. Election results for the Board of Directors will also be announced. If you'd like to attend, please register.

Nomination Notice

This year, there are three open positions for Board of Directors. The Nominating Committee, appointed by the Board Chair, has nominated one member for each of the open board positions. All three nominees are Director incumbents who have served several years on our Board.

If you're a qualified member and you wish to serve on our Board of Directions, you can nominate yourself by submitting a written petition no later than Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Click here to view the Nomination Notice with more details.

If there's only one candidate for each open Director position, the candidates will be declared by general consent of acclamation at the Annual Meeting. If there are multiple nominees for any of the positions, we’ll conduct an election in branch and announce the results at the Annual Meeting.

 

Incumbent Directors Nominated for Re-Election:

Jeff Coffman

Jeff has served as volunteer since 2008 in various capacities, including Board Chair for eight years. Jeff has recently retired as the School Resource Officer for the Crook County School District after serving 36 years with the Prineville Police Department.

Alicia Anderson

 Alicia has served as volunteer since 2014 and presently serves as Board Chair. Her experience includes 20+ years in enterprise technology strategy and financial management. Alicia is currently the Vice President and CIO at AAA Oregon/Idaho. 

John Knutson

 John has served as a volunteer since 2008 in various capacities, including Board Chair for three years. His experience includes 30+ years in technical training and information systems. John is currently a Lead Bus Operator with TriMet.
