I allowed a smooth talking tech conman remote access to my account thinking I was receiving a $400 refund for laptop security services ..... BIG MISTAKE! The team at Oregonians Credit Union is wonderful. For me, it all started back at the top of September when I applied for a HELOC at Embold Credit Union. We submitted the application with the requested up to date documents and were immediately approved. Two months later and the incompetent loan advisor still was unable to get her act together for signing. Tired of mistakes and misunderstandings and needing the loan, we reached out to Kailee at OCU and she was very helpful. Needless to say, we were approved immediately and signed the document THREE days after applying. The loan will be funded next week! I cant express my gratitude to Kailee and her team for helping us out in a tough spot!!

Brought my grandson there to open an account in the Oregon City branch. Recently they had a printer error that misprinted some of my checks. They called me right away to let me know and gave me a gift card for lunch for my inconvenience. Very nice people
