Oregonians Credit Union employees enjoy some of the best benefits in town! Full-time employees are eligible for (but not limited to) all of the benefits listed below.



Insurances are available to eligible employees:

Paid Time Off

Based upon length of employment, employees may accrue up to a generous combination of six (6) weeks of vacation and sick time per year.  New hires accrue 12 days vacation and 8 days sick leave in their first year.

Paid Holidays

Full-time employees are paid for nine (9) federal holidays throughout the year.

Education Reimbursement

Full-time employees are eligible for education assistance, in a related field, after (1) full year of service. Direct job-related educational costs and travel are covered by the credit union.

Volunteer Time Off

When employees volunteer at credit union events, they can earn paid time off that can be used to volunteer during business hours.

Other Time Off

Paid jury duty for employees required to serve jury time, up to 10 days per calendar year. Leaves of absence for medical and family reasons as approved in accordance with federal and state law.

Retirement Plan

401(k) Program with an employer match (5%) and immediate 100% vesting.
