This Giveaway is solely sponsored by Oregonians Credit Union (Oregonians), 6915 SE Lake Rd. Milwaukie OR 97267.
Eligibility
The Cathedral Park Jazz Festival VIP Access Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Oregonians Credit Union membership not required to enter or win. If the winner is not a verified Oregonians member, valid ID must be presented in order to receive the Prize.
Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Entry Period
The Giveaway begins July 6, 2023 at 3:00 pm PST and ends on July 10, 2023 at 11:59 pm PST. Entries that are submitted after that Entry Period will be disqualified.

Like us on Facebook. Leave a comment with what date you want to attend (Friday 7/14/23, Saturday 7/15/23 or Sunday 7/16/23) and the name of your favorite Jazz artist on the Cathedral Park Jazz Festival Giveaway post on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/oregonianscu. If you enter this giveaway via Facebook, note that personal information is collected by the Sponsor for the purposes of this giveaway. In entering the Giveaway and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are granting consent for the collection of this information. Your personal information will not be shared with any parties other than the Sponsor of the Giveaway. Limit one entry per person. To enter this contest without a Facebook account, please send in a 4 by 6 index card with your name, address and phone number to: Attention Marketing Department, 6915 SE Lake Rd, Milwaukie OR 97267. Index card must be received by Monday, July 10th to be included in the prize drawing.
Drawing and Notification
Oregonians is holding a drawing for two (2) individuals: the chance to win a pair (2) of tickets for entry to the Cathedral Park Jazz Festival VIP area. No purchase is necessary to win. All individuals who Like our Facebook page and post a comment with what date they want to attend (Friday 7/14/23, Saturday 7/15/23 or Sunday 7/16/23) and the name of their favorite jazz artist will be loaded into a random number generator of the Sponsor’s choice and a winners will be selected. Oregonians will notify winners via private message on Facebook on Thursday, July 13th 2023. No need to be present to win. Failure to respond to the notification of winning within 24 hours, the return of any prize notification as undeliverable, Sponsors’ inability to contact the winner within a reasonable time period, or noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s’ sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner must also be able to provide proof of eligibility upon request in order to receive the prize.
Prize
Oregonians is holding a drawing for two individuals the chance to win a pair (2) of passes for one-day entry to the Cathedral Park Jazz Festival VIP area valued at approximately $150.00 each as well as a $50 gift card to Stormbreakers Brewery in St. Johns. The day of entry will be selected by the sponsor at the time the prize is awarded. Prizes are not transferable or refundable and must be accepted as awarded. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or component thereof) with another prize (or component thereof) of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes may be reported as income to a winner and the winner will be responsible for all taxes associated with the receipt of a prize.
Release of Liability and Publicity
Excepted where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes an entrant’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. All entrants release Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, partners, equity holders, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Giveaway (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Giveaway and/or acceptance or use of the prize, including liability for personal injury, damages, death or monetary loss. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer relating to, or resulting from, entering or downloading any information or software in connection with this Giveaway. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or late, failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway, or by any human or other errors that may occur in connection with this Giveaway. This giveaway is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Facebook, nor is Facebook associated with the giveaway. Facebook is released from any responsibility to entrants or participants.
Winners List and Official Sponsors Address
For the names of the winners, available after July 14, 2023, send a self-addressed, stamped (#10) envelope to “Oregonians Credit Union Marketing ATTN: Cathedral Park Jazz Festival Giveaway”, 6915 SE Lake Rd, Milwaukie OR 97267. Requests must be received by July 31, 2022.
